Is the hotel accessible to people with reduced mobility?

Due to the structure and age of the hotel, we are unable to make the necessary adjustments. Unfortunately, our hotel does not have any rooms accessible to people with reduced mobility. However, our bar is on the ground floor and is therefore wheelchair accessible.

Can I extend my stay at the hotel?

It is possible to extend your stay, on request and subject to room availability, just ask at reception if you wish to extend your stay, please note that you may have to change rooms in this case.

Can one eat at the hotel?

Breakfast is the only meal available, our hotel doesn’t have a restaurant. There are many restaurants to be found just a few steps from the hotel.

Are the rooms air conditioned?

Air conditioning has been installed in lots of our rooms.

Can I bring my pet to the hotel?

The hotel is very happy to welcome your pets. An extra charge of €15 per animal and per night will be billed to your room.

How often are the rooms cleaned?

The rooms are cleaned daily from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.

How often is the bed linen changed?

We believe that we should all be doing a little something for the environment, and we have chosen to change the bed linen every 3 days instead of every 2 days.  

Obviously your comfort is our priority, so if you wish to have your bed linen changed at any time, simply inform our team at reception. 

Can I smoke?

Our hotel is entirely non-smoking, it is therefore forbidden to smoke in the bedrooms and in the shared areas. It is possible of course to smoke outside the building.

Are hypoallergenic pillows available?

Both our pillows and quilts are hypoallergenic.

What facilities are available in the rooms?

All our bedrooms have a private bathroom and toilet. Free wifi, flat screen tv, a safe, a telephone, a tea & coffe making machine (Nespresso), a mini bar and Clarins welcome beauty products are available for your use.

Is the internet available at the hotel?

Free wifi access is available throughout the hotel.

What time is check in and check out?

Our rooms are available from 4 p.m. onwards on the day of your arrival and we ask that you vacate your room no later than 11 a.m. on the day of departure. For an early arrival or a late departure, please contact reception.

Is it possible to rent bicycles?

We work closely with a local bike rental company proposing a wide range of bicycles for rent (Hybrid, Fat Bike, Electric bike, 4-seater Rosalie bike, Tandem or Beach Cruiser).

You can make your choice and then collect your bike at the rental store or have it delivered directly to the hotel.

Wo kann ich parken?

The hotel has a private car park with a very limited number of spaces. We therefore encourage you to reserve a space when you make your booking (subject to availability).

A space can be reserved for you at the fixed rate of €35 per night, it will be available from 4 p.m. onwards on the day of your arrival and must be vacated by 11 a.m. at the lastest, on the day of your departure. 

If you haven’t reserved a space in advance, it won’t be possible to access our car park, even for a quick drop off. There are car parking spaces available in the streets close to the hotel, most must be paid for.

Other private car parks are available less than 300 meters from the hotel. We recommend in particular Parking Foch in Trouville-sur-Mer. You can click here to see the number of free spaces available in real time.

Do I need to rent a car ?

The Trouville-Deauville train station is just over one kilometer from the hotel and there are lots of shops, restaurants and activities that you can walk to or cycle to. So, it’s not necessary to rent a car, you may even have some difficulties driving around the town and parking your car at certain times of the year.  

If you want to leave Trouville-sur-Mer and explore further afield, then a car would be necessary. In this case we would advise you to reserve a parking space in our private car park (subject to availability).

Can I cancel my booking?

Cancellation is free if you cancel up to 7 days before your date of arrival.  

Cancellation during the 7 days prior to your arrival: your deposit will not be reimbursed. 

Cancellation in the 3-day period prior to your arrival : the total cost of your booked stay will be billed to you.

An early departure or a no-show : in this case there is no reimbursement for any part of your booked stay.  

If you choose our non-cancellable and non-refundable option, you must pay your full stay in advance when you book and it is not possible to cancel your stay afterwards. If you cancel, your payment will not be reimbursed.

The hotel denies all responsibility for personal or economic events or for weather conditions which may lead to a booking cancellation.
