Is the hotel accessible to people with reduced mobility?

Due to the structure and age of the hotel, we are unable to make the necessary adjustments. Unfortunately, our hotel does not have any rooms accessible to people with reduced mobility. However, our bar is on the ground floor and is therefore wheelchair accessible.

Can I extend my stay?

If you wish to extend your stay, we will be delighted to make the necessary arrangements, subject to availability.

Please do not hesitate to make a request to Reception: we will do our best to accommodate you. Please note that a change of room may be required.

Can one eat at the hotel?

Our hotel doesn't have a restaurant, but we do offer a delicious breakfast served in your room, to get your day off to a good start.

There are also a number of restaurants within walking distance of the hotel for lunch and dinner.

Are the rooms air conditioned?

Air conditioning has been installed in many rooms.

If you would like to take advantage of this service, please make your reservation by calling the hotel directly, so that we can guarantee you a fully-equipped room.

Can I bring a pet?

The hotel is happy to accept pets. A surcharge of €15.00 per pet per night applies.

For their comfort, we provide small bowls for food and water, a suitable cushion and a quilt.

How often are the rooms cleaned?

Cleaning is carried out daily between 11:00 and 16:00.

How often are bed linens changed?

Because every gesture in favor of the environment counts, we have chosen to space out the change of bed linen to every three days, instead of the usual two.

Your comfort is our priority, so don't hesitate to ask at Reception if you'd like a more frequent renewal.

Can I smoke?

Our hotel is entirely non-smoking, so smoking is not permitted in rooms or public areas. However, you may smoke outside. Ashtrays are available on the balconies.

Are hypoallergenic pillows available?

Both our pillows and quilts are hypoallergenic.

What facilities are available in the rooms?

All rooms are en suite. They also feature free Wi-Fi access, flat-screen TV with Chromecast, safe, telephone, tea and coffee-making facilities (Nespresso), minibar, and Clarins hospitality products.

Does the hotel have Internet access?

Free, secure Wi-Fi access is available throughout the hotel.

What time is check in and check out?

Your room will be available from 4:00 pm on the day of your arrival, and we would be grateful if you could vacate it by 11:00 am on the day of your departure. For early arrivals or late departures, please contact Reception: we will do our best to help you organize your stay, subject to availability.

Is it possible to rent bicycles?

For your rides, the hotel offers attractive classic bicycles for hire, available directly on site.

‍Andif you'd like to explore Trouville in a different way, we work with a local partner who offers a wide range of bikes: VTC, electric bikes, Fat Bikes, Rosalies, tandems or Beach Cruisers. You can reserve the model of your choice, to be collected on site or delivered directly to the hotel.

Where can I park?

The hotel has a private car park with a very limited number of spaces. We therefore encourage you to reserve a space when you make your booking (subject to availability).

A space can be reserved for you at the fixed rate of €35 per night, it will be available from 4 p.m. onwards on the day of your arrival and must be vacated by 11 a.m. at the lastest, on the day of your departure. 

If you haven’t reserved a space in advance, it won’t be possible to access our car park, even for a quick drop off. There are car parking spaces available in the streets close to the hotel, most must be paid for.

Other private car parks are available less than 300 meters from the hotel. We recommend in particular Parking Foch in Trouville-sur-Mer. You can click here to see the number of free spaces available in real time.

Do I need to rent a car ?

The Trouville-Deauville train station is just over a kilometer away, and many shops, restaurants and activities are within walking or cycling distance. So there's no need to rent a car to make the most of your stay: traffic can sometimes be difficult and parking limited in high season.

On the other hand, if you want to explore the surrounding area beyond Trouville-sur-Mer, a car may come in handy. In this case, we recommend reserving a space in our private parking lot, subject to availability.

Can I cancel my booking?

You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 7 days before arrival.

  • Between 7 and 3 days before: deposit retained.
  • Less than 3 days in advance: the full amount of the stay is due.
  • In the event of a no-show or early departure, no refund will be made.

For non-cancellable and non-refundable packages, the full amount of the stay is charged at the time of booking and cannot be cancelled or modified.

The hotel cannot be held responsible for cancellations due to personal, economic or meteorological reasons.
